Pre-Employment/Post Offer Physical Examination/Drug and Alcohol Testing
One of the requirements for consideration of employment with the Company is the satisfactory passing of pre-employment physical and drug test. I agree to submit to a re-employment, post-offer physical examination, including drug and alcohol testing at the Company's expense to evaluate my physical ability to safely perform the job for which I am applying.
