The Stillwater Mining Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values promote the development and implementation of the best safety and health system possible with the objective of eliminating hazards or exposures which may result in personal injuries or illnesses, property damage, fires, explosions, hazardous substance discharges, security losses and other losses.

To achieve this objective, we will provide a working environment that is conducive to personal health, mental alertness, and safety awareness in accordance with the International Safety Rating System, standard industry practices, and in full compliance with legislative requirements.
